Can anyone practice Pilates?
Yes! I encourage everyone to try an individual Pilates session before all else to get a feel for the system. As the sessions are tailored to the individual it is a highly versatile technique for handling all body types and restrictions. It is gentle enough for the pregnant woman and yet challenging enough for the super-fit. Pilates is a progressive system and therefore taking the time to learn the basic principles pays off in the long run.
