How often should I do Pilates?
Ideally 2-4 times a week with an instructor plus a 15-20 minute mat daily (as a warm-up or as a stand-alone workout) to make you feel fit and energized. This kind of regular, consistent practice will help you make the mind-body connection in your daily activities.
You should start seeing and feeling results in about 5 to10 sessions.
