What age group is Pilates for?
Pilates is beneficial for any age, fitness levels or body condition. Joseph Pilates would say 'If you have a body then Pilates is for you'.
The system can be adapted, modified and customized for individual needs. Chronological age doesn't necessarily define capabilities - sometimes a 75 year old can out-perform their 20 year old counterpart.
Each session offers variety so that no two workouts are alike.
