What do I wear to a Pilates class?
Anything comfortable and no sneakers necessary!
For health concerns it is usually required that your feet be covered by socks but specifically designed workout booties are the best alternative to barefeet that we've found.

For Women: Make sure that your top is supportive as authentic Pilates is more dynamic than you might think.

For Men: make sure that your bottoms (shorts) provide adequate coverage in all positions.

In general the more form-fitting the clothes the better as you will be able to watch the work happening.
